Development Management and Project Management

Specialised service

Your owner's
representative

Beyond advisory, we act as your owner's representative and provide development management services, coordinating and project-managing the full process, from briefing consultants to liaising with the authority to tracking conditions and secondary consents through to ready-to-build.

We're your single point of contact across land tenure, planning, and post consent. You focus on the deal. We focus on the outcome.

This is a separate service from the due diligence review. If you decide to develop after your review, you can choose to engage us beyond advisory to manage the project until it is ready to build. You can also bring us on as your development manager at any point in the development cycle.
